1. **Redemption**: Your Gift Card may be redeemed in part or full for any product at Recommended Retail Price (RRP) within the Designer Boys Art range, available on the Designer Boys website (www.designerboysart.com).

2. **Partial Redemption**: If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift Card, any remaining credit will be held on the Gift Card for future use. No change or credit will be given for unused portions of the Gift Card. 

3. **Expiry Date**: This Gift Card expires on June 30, 2029. After this date, the Gift Card will no longer be valid for use, and any remaining credit will be forfeited.

4. **Transferability**: This Gift Card is transferable and may be gifted to others for their use. However, it may not be sold or exchanged for cash or other forms of currency.

5. **Lost or Stolen Gift Cards**: Designer Boys is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards. Treat this Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.

6. **Validity**: This Gift Card is only valid for use in the country of purchase and in the currency in which it was issued, which is Australian dollars.

8. **Non-Refundable**: Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other Gift Cards.

9. **Limitations**: This Gift Card may not be used in conjunction with other offers. It cannot be used to purchase gift cards or other Gift Cards, and it cannot be applied towards shipping or handling fees.

10. **Modification of Terms**: Designer Boys reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Designer Boys website or other official channels.

11. **Compliance**: By purchasing and/or using this Gift Card, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Violation of these terms may result in the cancellation of the Gift Card and/or refusal of service.
