Standard Delivery Service
Our standard delivery is a basic ‘drop & go’ courier service with Aramax (formerly Fastway).
Aramax will deliver your art to a specified delivery address during business hours only. The couriers are unable to contact clients prior to delivery and specific delivery times cannot be scheduled. This is why we offer this service as an affordable delivery option.
Designer Boys will email shipping confirmation details to you with your Aramex tracking information. Please report any damages or faults to Designer Boys within 24 hours of signing for the goods, otherwise the transit insurance will become invalid.

Premium Delivery Service
Our ‘bespoke’ delivery service is for those clients who want a greater delivery experience compared to our Standard courier service. There is an additional charge for this premium service.
We are now working with a specialist delivery company (TLC Transport) to deliver our artworks to clients along the East Coast only.
TLC will contact you or your client to arrange delivery on their nominated delivery days. At their discretion, their team may carefully unpack your artworks (leaving the cardboard corners on each piece for protection before hanging) and remove all rubbish at no charge to you. This service is subject to local COVID restrictions and / or company policies). All steps are taken with care and pride to ensure that any damages are avoided. Please inspect all deliveries before signing to accept the order.
Areas of operation includes: Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Tweed, North Coast, Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Central Coast, Sydney, Wollongong, Canberra, Albury, Wodonga, Geelong, Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
We are currently unable to offer premium delivery to Adelaide, Perth, Far North Queensland and regional areas.
NOTE FOR ALL DELIVERIES: Designer Boys cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside our control e.g. third-party couriers / freight companies or in the case of adverse weather conditions / covid restrictions.
