Before Full Payment: Clients may request cancellations or amendments to their orders before full payment is received.

 

For Clients on Payment Terms: Cancellations and amendments are allowed before the order has been submitted to our studio for production. Once an order is in production, no changes can be accommodated.

 

Important: After the conditions above have been met, all sales are considered final, and no further cancellations or amendments will be accepted.

 

 

Change of Mind: We do not issue refunds for changes of mind once an order is confirmed.

 

Order Specifications: While we do not offer refunds for errors in order specifications, our team is committed to working closely with clients to find a suitable solution whenever possible.
